Provincetown is located at the tip of Cape Cod, surrounded by dunes and the protected National Seashore it is by far the most beautiful location on all of Cape Cod.   We are located on the protected bay side waters.


The Provinetown harbor is famous for whale sightings, in fact you can sometimes see whales beaches and spouting from the shorelines.  During peak season the harbor offers whale and fishing tours, as well as water taxi service to Boston.

You don't need a car to enjoy PTOWN.  It is linked with a bus and trolley transportation system.  The trolley line is directly in front of our complex.  Many renters come without cars.  If you have one, we have two parking spots available in our condo association lot which is directly connected to the 10 condo buildings.
